SSI Nexus provides all of the same great membership benefits to government and defence organizations. To provide service to users with a government cloud hosted Microsoft Services account, SSI requires an additional personal email address. This is used at signup, and for account recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do I need to provide both a work and personal email?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SSI Nexus is hosted on Microsoft’s Commercial Cloud offering. Individuals with Office 365 accounts that are created in the Government Cloud may not be able to access the commercial cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am I working in the government cloud?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To check if your Microsoft Office 365 account is using Government Cloud, head to portal.office.com\/account<\/a> and click on ‘View Subscriptions’. If you are working in the Government Cloud, you should see something like Microsoft 365 G3 GCC<\/em><\/mark> or Microsoft 365 G5 GCC-High<\/em><\/mark>.
