All 10 parts of Project Zero, our novice training program, are now available on SSI MyLearning. If you’re new to ShipConstructor, this is the best way to get up to speed quickly. Read on to see what you’ll learn in each part and how you can get started.
Project Zero Goals
Our goals are simple, we want to:
- Introduce novice users to ShipConstructor through a simple project with concrete milestones in quick, concise stages.
- Align the onboarding needs of the new user, their team, and the organization as a whole.
- Show the power and ease of use of ShipConstructor by going from 2D line drawings to a 3D model.

Together, the parts will walk you through the design process of a 5m vessel from 2D AutoCAD line drawings all the way through to the creation of a 3D model and exporting that model to Navisworks.
