InnovMarine Inc. is the representative for SSI products and services across Canada. The company’s president, Pierre-Charles Drapeau, is a naval architecture technologist with extensive knowledge of how to apply Autodesk solutions including SSI’s ShipConstructor software to maximize productivity. In addition to his work with InnovMarine Inc., he currently serves in the Naval Reserve of the Royal Canadian Navy as a Marine Engineer System Operator. Pierre-Charles is widely known to leaders in Canada’s maritime construction industry as he was a principal organizer of the Canadian Conference on Modern Shipbuilding, held to discuss the Canadian Government’s National Shipbuilding Procurement Strategy. He has been active in SNAME since his time as a student at the Institut Maritime du Québec and in 2014, he was elected as SNAME’s Chair of the Eastern Canadian section.
