SSI introduces new company: SSI India Solutions Pvt. at INMEX SMM India.
To meet growing opportunities, the shipbuilding and offshore software developer of ShipConstructor and EnterprisePlatform, SSI, has launched a subsidiary in Mumbai, India. The new company’s name is SSI India Solutions Pvt. Umesh Angadi is the Director of Sales and Operations for this new SSI office which will provide technical sales, technical support and administrative staff.
Harsha Marine Designers (HMD) remain a critical component of SSI’s presence in India. Director of Sales & Marketing Michael Viala comments, “As one of our longest standing SSI representatives, Harsha Marine Designers is credited for creating the demand for SSI software in India. This new office is necessary to help them meet that demand.”

With the addition of EnterprisePlatform, shipbuilders can also cost-effectively implement sophisticated production planning and management practices.
